Yoga 1
Yoga 1 offers newcomers and those seeking a mindful pace a comprehensive class to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and a mind-body connection through aligned breathing.
Yoga Flow
Flow Yoga seamlessly links postures with vinyasa sequences, generating body heat, boosting strength and flexibility, and promoting mental relaxation.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow offers a relaxed pace compared to Yoga Flow, allowing for longer posture holds and focus on alignment and breath, building confidence through mindful movement.
Sculpt & Flow
This class combines traditional yoga flow with strength training, using dumbbells, resistance bands, and more, for a comprehensive workout that may also include cardio.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body.

Booty Barre Bootcamp & Cardio Barre Tone
This class seamlessly blends barre, Pilates & Yoga into one dynamic workout that focuses the work when you need it the most! Set to upbeat, motivating music, we will move to the beat as we blast calories using props such as a barre, ball & band. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels as modifications will be demonstrated.
Flow & Restore
The perfect combination! This class starts with a traditional vinyasa flow to build strength and flexibility and ends with relaxing restorative postures to nourish the body and soul.
H.I.I.T Yoga
Blast calories while having fun in this fast paced HIIT style Yoga fusion class. HIIT is an acronym for high intensity Interval Training. This class combines the 3 elements of cardio, strength and stretch! Equipment that may be used includes weights, bands, balls and/or other props. This class is suitable for all fitness levels as modifications will be demonstrated.
Mat Pilates
Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a yoga mat or other equipment to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core.
Mixed Level Yoga
A Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga style class that challenges both, beginners and advanced students alike, with a thoughtful arrangement of poses (asanas). This class offers proper modifications for beginners and options for advanced students to take their practice to the next level.
Warrior Rhythm
WARRIOR Rhythm is like no other with sections of weightlifting, cardio, and unconventional yoga flows! It's a roller coaster ride that will leave you breathless, feeling strong, flexible, and graceful as we move to the music.
Yoga 1 & Restore
This class starts with all of the traditional poses and breathwork taught in Yoga 1 and ends with some deeply relaxing restorative postures. This class is great for beginners and/or appropriate for all levels who are seeking a more relaxed pace.
