At Yoga Haven, many of our students are trying yoga for the very first time. Our instructors guide you step by step and offer options for every level. You don’t need flexibility, balance, or experience to start.

What to Expect in Your First Yoga Class

From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted and guided. Your instructor will help you get settled, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable.

There’s no competition and nothing to keep up with. Rest whenever you need. Yoga is about listening to your body, not pushing past your limits.

What to Wear and Bring
You do not need special yoga clothes or expensive gear for your first class. Simply wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch with ease, like leggings, joggers, shorts, or any athletic wear you already own. Barefoot is standard, so no special shoes are needed. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle, or use one of the mats available at the studio if you prefer to travel light.
